Please update "JIRA Misc Workflow Extensions" plugin to latest version (or least > 3.1.1)

      Per an answer from Atlassian on answers.atlassian.com it looks like the currently installed version of this plugin is '2.5.5.2'. I need to use functionality that is included in the version 3.1.1 and later. The current released version from the developer is version 3.5.2.

      It looks like Atlassian Cloud is over 3 years behind the plugin's development as version 2.5 was released in 2011.

      Can you please update this plugin ASAP? The lack of this hindering is blocking our JIRA usage.
