Import into SQL Server 2000 Database fails

      I am trying to use a backend SQL Server 2000 database. I have an export file from a Jira installation (v2.5.3) that is setup using SQL as its database server. When I do the import, there are several user lists that do not populate. I can also not select 'ANY' on the user browser page and have it show all users.

      I have attached the log files.
