Add export to word template support

Add support for how issues are rendered in Word docs by either adding template support or allowing Xporter for Jira by Xpand IT to be an OnDemand plugin service.

This would literally reduce 4-6 hours a week of reporting for me (and many others).
Particularly useful with managing reports to external contacts that won't/don't have access to Jira Ondemand.
