Description
When filtering issues for any project, if a user specifies "Updated after' and 'Updated before' dates, the system throws the following exception:

The Issue Navigator allows you to browse all the issues in the system. Filters allow you to limit the issues that you see.
Using the panel on the left, you can create and edit new filters.

This is preventing use from generating specific reports.
We recently imported the database that was used on a Jira Pro 2.5.3 server into a Jira Pro 2.6 installation. The 2.5.3 database was using SQL Server 2000 as its backend, the 2.6 installation is using the hsql database.
