@ Mention used to allow selection w/ Enter key - now needs mouse click

      When using the "@mention" if you hit Enter, the highlighted suggestion would auto-complete. Now we are on JIRA 6.2.1 and you have to mouse-click the highlighted row for the @mention to commit. IE10, Firefox and Chrome all display this behaviour.

      Answer

      This issue is caused by Zephyr plugin. Temporarily disabling the plugin will get the Mention feature to work properly again with pressing Enter.

      Currently this issue is being tracked by Zephyr in their internal project. For more information, you can contact Zephyr support and mention the issue key ZFJ-1331 to them.

      Workaround

      Thanks to everyone's feedback, a Mouse Click or pressing Tab is able to select the mentioned user instead of pressing Enter.

            Looks like "tab" works where "enter" doesn't (as a workaround). Just need to change behavior - not great, but better than using your mouse.

            michael.katze, it would be great if you can share the Zephyr support case so that other users will benefit from it without any extra work, in case there's a public link for it.

            Yep, it works in Description, just not Comments and Yep, I have Zephyr for JIRA.

            Is this problem only in comment field, but not in description field?

            There is a bug in this Zephyr for JIRA version!
            I have this problem with JIRA 6.3.13. After deactivating Zephyr all works fine.

            Today, the Zephyr support confirmed this to me as a bug, they can reproduce.
            So i think just we have to wait for an Zephyr update...
