JIRA doesn't show a spinner in issue nav when navigating to an issue

      Steps:

      1. Go to issue nav (/issues)
      2. Select an issue
      3. No spinner to indicate that the page is loading

      It's missing for both details view and list view.

      This used to be a feature in JIRA 6.0 (and maybe 6.1), but it no longer shows the spinner today.
