Incorrect Calculation in Average Age Gadget

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an issue in July
      2. Create an issue in August
      3. Set the period of gadget to month.
      4. View the average age gadget in September
        We can change the date of machine when reproduce this problem

      Expected Behaviour

      The total numbers in August should include the average of unresolved issues created in July and August

      Actual Behaviour

      The total numbers in August only include the average of unresolved issues created in July or before July.
