Modify the "Move" operation of an issue to facilitate enterprise feature of selecting issue type and project.

The issue will need to be set to a new status if its current status is not available in the workflow of the target project and issue type.

The sub-task "move" operation must allow the user to change the sub-task type. Currently, it is not possible to move a sub-task to a different project than the one its parent issue is located in.

The "move" operation should also move all sub-tasks of the issue. If a subtask is set with an invalid status - the "move" wizard should allow the user to select a valid status for sub-tasks grouped by invalid status and current workflow.
