Current Behaviour

When creating a Permission Scheme, select permission (ie Assignable User) and then select Group. All the groups will not be visible but you have an option to search for the group name. Searching groups is case sensitive. Group Picker is not affected.

Feature Request

When creating a Permission Scheme, select permission (ie Assignable User) and then select Group. Searching groups should not be case sensitive.
