Hi !

We'd like to change the default group set in Jira Contact Site Administrators form. " To" is a greyed out field and we didn't find a solution to use Jira System Administrators instead.

I'm sure this can be fixed even by changing something directly in the code.

Could you please help us on that.
I've already commented another existing issue but you guys didn't reply yet : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-27454

We really need this to be fixed or a workaround would be good enough (without disabling the feature).
