Inconsistent behavior when accessing a filter (user not logged on)

Steps to reproduce:

Scenario 1

• Shared a filter to user "danny"
  
• Accessed the filter via the email received (user "danny" not logged on) and you will be redirected to an error page
  
  

Scenario 2

• Login and copy the URL of the filter from the browser. Log out and paste it on a browser. You will be redirected to a login page.
  
  
  

Both scenario show that the user is not logged on, yet being redirected to different pages. It would be great if this can be fixed by redirecting users to the same page regardless of the manner of accessing the filter (whether via email or copy/paste from the browser URL).
