Custom field values are lost when issue type is changed

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Try to create a new bug on JAC (step1.png) using Quick Create dialog
      2. Fill out Summary and Sprint (which is a custom field)
      3. Change issue type to Fug (step2.png)
      4. The new form brings Summary with the previous value, however Sprint value is lost (step3.png)

      Expected outcome:
      Sprint value should not be lost
