    Description

      You need to be able to work out whether an account is active or not. The simplest way of doing this is recording in the last login time.

      You then want to be able to display this in the UserBrowser (ideally, with sortable tables). You could also display it in the profile ala Confluence.

      You also want to access this information via the SOAP API.
