Issue Summary
When using "Share this Issue" to send out a email notification, any line breaks in the notes will not be in the email body.
This only happens when email type preference of that user is set to html. When using text emails, the line breaks are set.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)
Steps to reproduce
- Configure Outgoing Email
- Navigate to an issue and choose the Share option
- In the Note section, add the following:
Line One Line Two Line Three
Notice the line break
- Share the issue
Expected behavior
Email notification will render the message with line break
Actual result
Email notification render the message in a single line
Line One Line Two Line Three

Default outgoing email format doesn't affect the behavior of the email notification
