Enable searching by issue number

It would be useful if JIRA was able to search using the issue number only. For example, the search for 113 will return PRO-113 and TEST-113.

This could be implemented using the issuekey search
issuekey = 113

or with wildcards
issuekey = *113

This is useful because sometimes users remember the issue number, but forget the project it is in. Searching the issue number will make it easier to locate that particular issue.
