      JRA-19780 is about change owner to owner but person, this issu JRA-21973 is change owner to owner but GROUP as ownership, and this is not resolved.

      I Cant assign a group to owner shared filters. In out firm users change i small part of time, and admin jira not work others than change owners.

      Assign ownership to group is good options, because group administration have a helpdesk/automation system and is good resolved for us.
