If a user configures long tokens in JIRA based on this page,
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/JIRA+Cookies?utm_source=SAC&utm_medium=provide_details then the tokens expire after 17 days irrespective of the configuration.

we'd like this to be fixed in supported previous JIRA releases too. JIRA 6.4+ for example may be "too recent" for some of our customers to get this fixed.
