I'm running JIRA 6.3.4.

Whenever I create a new project the Project Dialog appears and when I hit submit it goes "grey" the spinner starts spinning and nothing happens.

Eventually if I open a new tab to JIRA or refresh the screen the project is created.

NOTE: I am seeing some issues (separate post to follow) where my Resolution states aren't being set correctly when i transition to Done in software development workflow and I didn't know if somehow this bug was related.
