Would love to be able to create a project template with all of the standard tracking issues I use as well as the documents I associate with a new project. Then when I need to start a new project I can just clone the template.

            [JRASERVER-4029] Clone Project

It looks like extensiosn via Jelly might fit the bill. Basically we have a project development methodology that involves the same basic documents, phases and tasks for each project so rather than set all of those up every time we'd want to be able to create a function to clone those aspects of the project.

            Thanks,

            Sean

Specifically, there is a Jelly script sample which sets up groups and permission schemes for a new project:

In JIRA 3.0 an arbitrary Jelly script can be made the 'default', so it would appear automatically to admins in the Jelly runner screen.

Can you give some more detail of what you mean.
You may be able to do this with jelly templates.
