    Description

      When an issue creation fails because the description field exceeds the maximum allowed (4983 bytes – per the log file) a java.lang.reflect.UndeclaredThrowableException exception is raised. This does not mean anything to the user.

      It would be nice if the low level SQL exception were caught and wrapped to present the user with a friendly message that would suggest a recourse.
