I want to add a filter where I can see the issues that I reported but that are not assigned to me and that are still unresolved.

Problem : You can't select not current user from the assignee box.

Solution : It's just reversing the one of assigned to current user, so I guess it's not a big thing to ask for.

But it would be a great help to me and probably to lots of other users.
