    Description

      We want to be able to register in a custom field the date and time of some events that are not in JIRA (e.g. the moment that we sent the analysis to the customer). The problem is that there is only a date data type, but not a date & time type. In those cases we need to be able to record the time (HH:MM). Can this be added?
