When sharing an issue, users are able to add an optional note.

At the moment, this field does not support html format. The note will be displayed as plain text like the screenshot below

This field should be able to support html format and display the note with the proper format.

This field also does not support Wiki Renderer. It would be best if it supports both html and Wiki Renderer
