      Hey,

      It's happening on the installation at http://nagoya.apache.org/jira/secure/CreateIssue.jspa. When you do not log in and try to report an issue (CREATE NEW ISSUE menu) JIRA will ask you for logging in. However, there's a button "Next>>" so one can press the button. Once it's done JIRA reports Form Errors:
