JIRA 6.3.4 installer sets Xmx to 256m

      Tested using JIRA 6.3.4 Windows installer(both 32bit and 64bit):

      The default Xmx value is set to 256m:

      -XX:MaxPermSize=384m exit -Xms128m -Xmx256m

      Workaround

      Update - 6.3.4 Windows Installers are now OK

      This issue has been solved already and the 6.3.4 installers have been corrected, the installers currently available for JIRA 6.3.4 from www.atlassian.com are now OK.
