Ability to change default sort order for attachments

      We would like to have Attachments sorted by the "Sort By Date" order on a certain project in JIRA for the team, so I select that option from the pull down menu to review attachments. But, it reverts back to the default of Sort By Name order.

      The ability to set it at the project, instance or person level would be nice.
