Improve spam protection in comments

      Could you please create a mechanism to improve the spam protection on comments section for public JIRA instances? Unfortunately some instances needs to be public and we're seeing some bots causing spam on those instances.

      Furthermore if you google for "Search Engine xrk3tw9o fantastic" you'll find more than 100 results of SPAM caused by a bot.
