Whenever a user tries to link a page using a specual character such as "'" or ":", among many others, JIRA returns the following error message:

No Confluence page found with the given URL.

The moment I remove this special characters the page gets processed and linked.

And this is really annoying because despite being a minor bug, because it forces the users not to use any special chars, which is completely inconvenient.
