      JIRA should to be upgraded to version 1.21 of atlassian-gzip which contains performance improvements done by psemeniuk.

      This version removes url rewrite as a tool for deciding whenever to do gzip compression or not for a request, GzipFilter now relies on simple string matching instead of a list of expensive regexps for this purpose, and an improvement of 10% in processing time is expected per request.

      This version contains no api breaking changes.
