When a user has a large or extended amount of favourited dashboards there is no scroll bar

      Summary

      When on the dashboard, if there are a large number of favourited dashboards the scrollbar disappears.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Favourite a large number of dashboards (more than appear on the screen).
      2. View the dashboard.
      3. Attempt to scroll to view the dashboards that are not shown.

      Expected Results

      There is some way of accessing them (either via scrollbar or other UI magic).

      Actual Results

      The dashboards do not appear.

      Workaround

      Reduce the amount of favourited dashboards.
