XSRF security token is missing is returned with HTTP return code 200 success!?

      It seems that "XSRF security token is missing" error is returned with HTTP error codes of 200, which means 200.

      This is complete breach of HTTP web standards.

      Example: on create project /secure/admin/AddProject.jspa
