Summary

If a user is a member of a considerable amount of groups the view issue page will load slower.

Environment

• Tested with Chrome 35.0.1916.153.
• No proxy, load-balancer or front-end - directly connecting to Tomcat.
• Tested on a dual Intel® Xeon® Processor E5462 / 12 GB Ram.
• PostgreSQL DB on the same host.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a user with more than 6k groups.
2. View an issue.

Expected Results

The issue loads at a normal rate (~2s).

Actual Results

The load time is almost twice as fast (~5s).
