Renaming a Custom Field, filters will stop working.
When you have some filters applying to a Custom Field, and then you decide to rename this Custom Fields, all the filters will stop working complaining that the Custom Field does not exist.
Expected Behaviour:
The filters should continue working after renaming the Custom Field
