Duplicate entries when jira is connected to stash and fisheye

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      How to reproduce:

      1) Have Jira projects connected to both fisheye and stash;
      2) Set fisheye to pool the stash repository.
      3) For each git/Stash commit, two entries will be on the Jira ticket, one for fisheye and other for stash.
