default configuration of jira is duplicating the logged data in catalina.out and atlassian-jira.log

      Default configuration of jira is duplicating the logged data in catalina.out and atlassian-jira.log

      Please fix this bug that is seriously affecting performance and stability of production servers, especially because catalina.out is not rotated by default.
