      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Would be nice if you could rearrange the whole velocity templates using a UI similar to dashboard editor, ie say you want dates above people > fast and easy move.

      Currently have to manually change weights filesystem side.

      (Sorry can't find an existing issue but it's bound to have come up before.)
