You can put a newline in a JQL query, which can hugely improve readability for large queries by breaking it into multiple lines and indenting some lines. In JIRA 6, if you save the query as a filter and reload it, the newlines are gone, resulting in one long unreadable line.

I keep 20-30 large queries saved, and maintaining them is now more difficult. This is a regression from earlier versions.
