Steps to reproduce:
Note: Only been able to reproduce on my laptop screen, works fine on larger displays.

Laptop details: Macbook pro 15" retina. Reproduced on 1920x1200, best (not sure what the resolution is when set to best) and 1680x1050.

1. Create a project with multiple versions (more than 20) i.e. 1, 11, 112, 113 etc

• go to create issue and in a version related field begin to type the first identifying character i.e. 1. It will display a dropdown on the right side of the screen without a scrollbar (see attachment).

• On edit seems to display other strange behavior such as displayed in the second screenshot (white background is displayed)

This has been reproduced on both chrome and firefox latest versions.
