Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click on Create Issue Button
2. Then click on Configure Fields Tab.
3. There you can see the All and Custom Links
4. Try to switch between those two links. ( Click on Custom link then again on All and again when we click on Custom then switching is not happening)

Expected Result:
When we click on the Custom link then it should show all the fields to customize.

Actual Result:
There is no proper consistency in the Switching between these two links

Observations:
The Switch is only happening once.
