Frequently, myself and other users on our system are noticing that "Filter Results" dashboard gadgets are not reflecting the actual filter results

• I have built a filter (assignee = me AND status != closed AND resolution = Unresolved) and saved it to my favorites.
• In my dashboard, I've added the filter results gadget to display the aforementioned filter's results
  • I frequently see lots of issues listed which are no longer assigned to me (they were briefly)
  • I also see issues listed which were closed as much as 24 hours ago
• When I click "Issues" menu at top, then click on my filter, the results in the issue navigator are correct
  • NONE of the issues listed by the filter in issue navigator view are showing up as "Closed" or assigned to someone besides me.... but in the dashboard gadget they are.

Again, this appears to be a lag between the actual filter results and the gadget display of said results...

NOTE- My dashboard filter results gadget is set to refresh every 15min, but this doesnt happen

• If I refresh the gadget manually, I also see no changes.
