IE10: 500 Error issue collector does not show Submit/Close buttons

I ordered 3 products; Jira, Confluence and GrassHopper.

1) [+] GreenHopper for JIRA 10 Users: Starter License - the script opened the JIRA product below (GreenHopper).

2) When I did get to the GrassHopper page and clicked the Download link page not found happened. Tried 2+ times same results. Tried later it worked.

Even this page does not show the Submit and Close buttons until a rollover, then it show the both, Then I click to save the image#1 and the submit button show and not the Close button; then it says "Cannot attach file ButtonError1.jpg: Unknown server error (500)." - I upload again and get Cannot attach file ButtonError2.jpg: Unknown server error (500).

I will save these pictures because this submit page does not work. I would expect better.

Go to the submit button and it disappears.
