When pages from a linked Confluence site (added using Application Links) are added as "Issue Links" to JIRA, if the page link contains a link to a section in the page as a HTML anchor (for example, http://confluence:8080/display/myspace/Page#Page-Section), then the anchors should also be displayed.

Notes

It is possible to add links using anchors using the REST remote API interface.
Links to other sites as well as unauthenticated Confluence links show anchors, so it seems to be restriction for authenticated Confluence links
