Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Create Issue dialog
- Enter some text into description
- Press escape (dirty form warning should display)
- Change issue type
- Press escape
Expected outcome:
Dirty form warning displays
Actual outcome:
No dirty form warning is displayed and changes are lost

- Holding Escape key down shouldn't dismiss the dialog under any circumstances (assuming the form is dirty)

- Press Escape key immediately after pressing another key (changing the form from clean to dirty)
