Ability to change the Support Zip size limit.

      As a JIRA Administrator, I would like to change the size limit of the Support Zip file.

      Currently we have the option to limit the Support Zip file to 25mb.
      Some customers may have a limitation on their mail providers, and wants to change the size limit, accordingly to the limit of the mail provider.
