Drop down menus are appearing under dashboard gadgets

      Symptom

      In every dashboard from JIRA the drop down menus are shown under the gadgets.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Browse through the Look and Feel configuration of your system.
      2. Edit the gadget colour values with an hexadecimal value with lesse than 6 characters (i.e "#f324b")
      3. Check any of your dashboard to confirm the bug;

      Workaround

      Adjust the hexadecimal value from your look and feel to use 6 digits.
