No Crowd Application available

      During a fresh Jira installation, I was waiting for the admin user to be created, when the following exception popped up:

      javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.RuntimeException: com.atlassian.jira.exception.CreateException: com.atlassian.crowd.exception.runtime.OperationFailedException: No Crowd Application available.

      For your convenience the Url is .../secure/SetupAdminAccount.jspa

      I'm installing on Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS from atlassian-jira-6.2.2-bundle-x64.bin bundle fallowing this manual https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Installing+JIRA+on+Linux. My database is MySQL Server 5.5.35.
