Oversized footer blocks list of favourite dashboards

      When you have more than 20 favourite dashboards, the footer doesn't reduce in size to accommodate the long list of dashboards, and consequently the dashboard list gets truncated: Truncate.jpg

      Workaround is to have a gadget that is longer than the list of dashboards, then the footer is pulled downwards to accommodate the gadget size.

      Tested in Chrome and Internet Explorer 8, both have the same behaviour so its not a browser issue.
