Jira 6.2 breaks javascript in description of user-picker fields

In Jira 6.1.2, I added custom fields for Developer and Tester, which are user-picker fields.

I added javascript to the Description of these fields, so that they would be pre-populated with user who was performing a transition.

Upon upgrading to Jira 6.2, this javascript in the Description field is no longer executed, instead it is printed out as plain text for the user to see. Javascript in the description fields of other fields works fine without any problems.

As a workaround I have moved the javascript out of the Tester and Developer fields into other fields that show on the transition screens, but it would be nice if the Description field for the user-picker custom fields continued to execute javascript, just like all of the other fields do.
