JIRA issue Macro and JIRA chart Macro should be available for confluence Users without a JIRA account

In our case, we have have a 25 users instance for JIRA linked to a 500 Confluence instance.

in Jira we have developers, & QA teams.
In confluence we have the hole company (executives, teams etc)

We think that the JIRA issue macro and the chart macro should be available to confluence users who do not have an account in JIRA.

users in confluence just want to be reported on JIRA projects, they do not wanna work on Jira issues.

In our case, allow anonymous access is not possible due policy.

because our Jira instance and Confluence instance are LINKED, could it be possible for confluence users to view Jira reports without having an account in JIRA?
