LDAP group mapping lost on user authentication

    Description

      • JRA-36555 seems to have a fix in Crowd, but JIRA is removing the groups when it is not able to get a new list of groups.
      • If Crowd is not able to get the list of groups on authentication, then the existing groups should be retained by JIRA.
